Description of Foam PVC Board
Expanded PVC foam sheets may come in many different densities; therefore, the raw materials used to make the plastic are mixed together under controlled conditions and then dispensed into molds according to the desired application. The mold is then sealed, clamped and placed in a large press to be heated. Finally, the material expands in a hot water bath to reach its final purpose and cure. After curing, the block is cut into slices of various thicknesses. Expanded PVC foam panels can be cut to size, softened and shaped to suit specific needs as easily as wood.

PVC foam boards are moisture-resistant. It has low water absorption properties and hence it is easy to maintain hygiene. PVC foam boards are termite-proof and rot-proof. PVC foam boards are safe for kitchen cabinets as they are non-toxic and anti-chemical corrosion-resistant material.
With characteristic of fire retardant, water proof, light weight, straight hard and strong screw holding force, lead free PVC foam board are widely used to replace wood for furniturer manufacturer. 15mm foam PVC sheet can be chosen for replacing wood to make kitchen cabinet, bathroom cabinet, cupboard, wadrobe, storage and lockers,etc. We have 3 colores available: Y1, Y2, Y3 are showed as below.
