(PVC) Foam Board is one of the most widely plastic products using in the world today. It offers a diverse and varied range of properties, and contributes significantly to the modern construction and decoration industry. Its popularity comes from various highlighted benefits such as: durability, water resistance, non-flammability, anti-moisture environmental friendly are effective insulators (ASTM D257-99).
- Lead-Free: This characteristic strongly demonstrate the suitability of Pima PVC Foam to be ideal material for indoor furniture and certify its safety for lond-term contact with human body.
- Non Formaldehyde: Pima PVC Foam is manufactured from pure PVC resin which extracted from kerosene. This component ensure no formaldehyde gas emit from the board, during construction process and normal usage.

Hardmas 300 high density formwork PVC board series is still a relatively young product.Traditionally we are PVC board producer for furniture and advertising industry.Several years ago when we visited construction sites we realized there is a group of customers who are looking for a strong board for many reuse times and actually the more the better.So we thought maybe high density PVC board can be a very good option.After we returned to China,we made a lot of tests of our PVC board and tried to change the formula of traditional PVC panel and soon first shipment was delivered to a customer.The feedback was very good and gave us confidence. We continued making improvement of the formula and so far our formwork PVC board is totally separated from furniture PVC board and it received love from a group of loyal customers. which wood does not hold |
